We are in search of a RECEPTIONIST for our new office in Vilvoorde (de Kantfabriek):

What you do

  • you staff the reception in a professional manner and are responsible for welcoming clients, suppliers, couriers and other visitors

  • you are responsible for correspondence by mail, telephone and post

  • you organise the meeting rooms and take care of catering, order material, clean and fill the coffee-maker, order biscuits, coffee, tea, etc. for welcoming clients

  • you also carry out additional administrative tasks to support our company

  • you are the Rens Accountants business card

We require

  • you speak and write Dutch and French.  Knowledge of English is a plus

  • you can work smoothly with the current MS Office applications

  • you have a social, communicative, positive and enthusiastic attitude

  • you have a tidy appearance

  • you have a sense of initiative and can work independently

  • you preferably live in the Vilvoorde region
