For our new office in Vilvoorde (de Kantfabriek), we are looking for a RECEPTIONIST(E):

 

 

What you do

 

  • you man the reception desk in a professional manner and are responsible for welcoming customers, suppliers, couriers and other visitors

  • handling correspondence via mail, telephone and post

  • you organise the meeting rooms and take care of catering, ordering materials, cleaning and replenishing the coffee machine, ordering biscuits, coffee, tea, etc. for welcoming clients

  • You also perform additional administrative tasks to support our company

  • you are the business card of Rens Accountants

We ask  

  • excellent language skills in Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is a plus.

  • you can work fluently with the current MS Office applications

  • you are sociable, communicative, positive and enthusiastic

  • you have a good appearance

  • you have a sense of initiative and can work independently you preferably live in the Vilvoorde region
