We are an ambitious consultancy firm with a staff of 35 and offices in Mechelen, Putte, Rotselaar and Vilvoorde. Our clients’ trust results from high quality advice and support in the field of accountancy, taxes, VAT, fiscal advice, consultancy as well as mediation assignments.

Your case manager looks after your assignment and guarantees a personal approach and continuity. Your confidential representative is responsible for the administrative processing of your case, representation in the tax authorities, as well as strategic and fiscal advice. Depending on the complexity and extent of your case, a number of staff members can be used to guarantee permanent follow-up.

Johan Hellinckx
After my education as licentiate in Commercial Sciences, I started my career as an audit staff member at BDO in Brussels. In 1998 I achieved the title of company auditor. Besides audits, I have also been able to build up extensive experience in consolidation, due diligence, valuation of companies, cash flow planning, budgeting, cost price calculation, etc.
From 2004 to 2013 was I CFO at the quoted Keyware Technologies. During this period I gained experience in IFRS reporting, drawing up KPIs, the take-over and sale of companies, setting up reporting systems and finding financing.
Filip Diez
My operational career started at Electrolux. Afterwards I was employed as a senior manager at EY and BDO. After 20 years of experience you can count on my thorough expertise in just about all practical fields associated with the accountancy profession. Besides being a certified IAB Accountant and Tax Consultant I also obtained certification to take up the mandate of independent director. The Commercial Court and the magistrates’ court also regularly appeal to me as legal expert. My education included the study of Fiscal Sciences at Brussels Tax College.
Marjolijn Himpens
I have 20 years of experience in advising Belgian and multinational companies on all aspects of accounting, reporting, GAAP conversions, tax compliance, VAT, annual accounts, etc. I am also an expert in assessing ERP systems for local legislation, while advising multinationals on local requirements abroad. I previously worked for five years at EY, one year at a production plant where great importance was devoted to budgeting and reporting, and around 10 years at PwC. Besides being a certified IAB Accountant and Tax Consultant, I also have a Master’s in Tax Management.
